SOPHAL STRUPLER
In 1973 Sophal was born in Cambodia and at just three months old was abandoned by her parents. A Red Cross nurse found Sophal in a basket on the streets of Phnom Penh and a few months later she took the baby to Switzerland to escape the invasion of the Khmer Rouge. There, Sophal found a new home with loving parents

ND STRUPLER
Since the founding of ICF Zurich in Switzerland in 1996, ND had been one of the key people in the leadership team. During this time, he served as a youth pastor for 10 years and then trained church planters for the following 7 years. In 2010, family Strupler visited Cambodia for the first time and were extremely touched by Cambodia’s cruel history and its still visible legacy. After the second visit in 2012, they decided to move to Cambodia and start a new church.
